Terms & Conditions

As a customer (Client) of amjeNET you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated in this document. Also you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions. amjeNET as the goods and service provider and you as the Customer (Client) refers to the person or company purchasing goods or services of amjeNET.

Conditions of sale of Goods & Services

All sales of goods and services purchased from amjeNET are made subject to the following conditions and by completing a purchase you as the customer accept these conditions.

Warranty & Contracts

All brand new CCTV products are covered with a return to base warranty for up to 3 months from the date of invoice unless otherwise specified. Softwares and other consumables are not covered by any warranty. With the professional installation services from amjeNET all cctv products are coved with 12 months return to base warranty from the date of installation unless otherwise specified.

If the goods provided by amjeNET are second hand the warranty period will be mentioned in the relevant invoice and no warranty is expressed or implied unless otherwise specified.

Warranty will be void if there's any physical damages to the goods, the warranty labels and seals are tampered with. Warranty does not cover any damage to other equipment used in conjunction with these goods or loss of data whilst using these goods or software.

Minimum subscription for our services will be 12 months unless otherwise specified. According to your contract there maybe changes to this time period and all information will be provided in writing with the relevant contract papers.

Payments

All prices quoted in this website are in New Zealand Dollars and excludes GST unless otherwise specified. Also all prices are per unit based and subject to change without any prior notices. There will be no credit or account payment options provided with any sale of goods or services. amjeNET will require payments in advance for the supply of any goods or services for the customer. Any balance payments must be settled in full by the customer after amjeNET has completed the agreed stages, or the work in full according to the agreement.

Terms:

As a customer (Client) of Custom Aquarium Lights  (Aquarium Lights NZ), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated in this document. You also acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions. Custom Aquarium Lights (Aquarium Lights NZ), refers to the products and service provider, and you as the Customer (Client), refer to the person or company purchasing products or services of Custom Aquarium Lights (Aquarium Lights NZ).

Conditions of sale of Products & Services:

All products and services purchased from Aquarium Lights NZ are made subject to the following conditions, and by completing a purchase you as the customer accept these conditions.

 

Warranty:

12-month limited standard warranty applies to all products unless otherwise specified. The warranty covers defects in products and, or workmanship under normal use. During the warranty period, Custom Aquarium Lights (Aquarium Lights NZ) will either repair or replace faulty products or parts of the product at no charge.

If the products provided by Aquarium Lights NZ are second-hand/used or ex-demo products, the warranty period will be mentioned in the relevant invoice and no warranty is expressed or implied unless otherwise specified.

Physical damages or damages from submerging lights and, or any other parts in water are not covered by this warranty.

Warranty does not cover any damage to other equipment used in conjunction with these products or loss of data whilst using these products or software. Software and other consumables are not covered by any warranty.

 

Payments:

All prices quoted/marked on this website are final unless otherwise specified. Also, all prices are per unit based and subject to change without any prior notice. There will be no credit payment options provided with any sale of products or services. Aquarium Lights NZ will require a minimum of 50% payments in advance for the ordering of any products or services for the customer. Any balance payments must be settled in full by the customer before the delivery of the products. Aquarium Lights NZ is a supplier of custom-made Aquarium Lights. There there will be no refunds If you decide to cancel your order after the initial payment. However, to serve our customers to the best of our ability, Aquarium Lights NZ will do its best to resell the product that has been custom-made to your requirements. In the event of a successful resale, Aquarium Lights NZ will refund your deposit in full.     

 

Payment Methods:

Online payment via credit card (processed via Stripe), Paypal, and Afterpay (for AU, NZ, and UK customers only).  

 

Delivery of Products:

Custom Aquarium Lights (Aquarium Lights NZ) has a 10-day (business) lead time for the manufacturing of your product. Products are subject to availability and may take up to 14 business days for delivery excluding any delays due to COVID19 or any other delays due to shipping and handling.  Custom Aquarium Lights (Aquarium Lights NZ) will not take any responsibility for any products that are damaged while in transit under any circumstances. Claims for losses or damages to products while in transit must be made directly to the transport/shipping agency concerned. Custom Aquarium Lights (Aquarium Lights NZ) will choose the most suitable delivery method and also will try its best to arrange the safest delivery methods. Any charges for handling (including packing materials) and freight charges are additional costs, and payable by the client unless otherwise specified.

 

Disclaimers:

Any claims for errors or unsatisfactory products must be made within 7 days of receiving the product(s). Custom Aquarium Lights (Aquarium Lights NZ) is only under an obligation to deliver products and services in accordance with their general description, whether or not a special description may have been given or implied by law.

The client acknowledges and agrees that Custom Aquarium Lights (Aquarium Lights NZ) has not given any representation or warranty as to the quality, state, or condition of the products supplied, or that the products are fit for any particular purpose.

All conditions, warranties, and terms whether implied, statutory, or otherwise are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Custom Aquarium Lights (Aquarium Lights NZ) shall not be liable for any statement, representation, or warranty made by any employee, agent, or contractor relating to the products or workmanship supplied by Custom Aquarium Lights (Aquarium Lights NZ), or for any negligence or wilful default by the manufacturer or supplier of the products or services provided to the client.

Notwithstanding any other provision in these terms of trade, where the products are consumer products and are supplied for business purposes the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 shall not apply. Any disclaimer above does not apply where it is contrary to any law which cannot be contracted out.

 

Laws:

If any parts of these terms of trade shall be held to be illegal, unenforceable or invalid, the remaining parts shall continue in full force and effect. The laws of New Zealand shall govern these terms of trade and Custom Aquarium Lights (Aquarium Lights NZ) and the client hereby submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand. The client hereby waives any right they may have to claim that the above submission to jurisdiction is an inconvenient forum.
